Leonora is a member of the Board of Directors of Royal Pine and is in charge of the legal department of the firm.
She has advised on cross-border transactions and is experienced in the fields of corporate and commercial law, investment funds and trusts. Leonora advises banking institutions, listed companies and collective investment schemes, with a focus on the fintech and real estate sectors. She has acted for and provided advice on Cyprus law matters and transactions/projects exceeding US$ 0.7bln+.
Leonora is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and is registered with CySEC as a holder of the Financial Services Regulatory Framework Advanced Certificate and AML Compliance Officer Certificate. She is a member of the International Business and Foreign Investments Committee of ICPAC, acting as an advisor of the regulator on issues related to international businesses.
Leonora is fluent in English and Greek.
